My task on the team is ...
… to lead the team – simple as this. It "only" involves to keep things going, make sure everybody's making progress and to keep track of the general direction. It's very important to track the flow of information so no one gets left behind. The fun part of being "the boss" is that I get to give all the interviews for podcasts, radio stations, TV and present our team on public events.
The best thing about being a Part-Time Scientist is ...
… working with motivated people thinking independent of age, gender, nationality or religion! On the other hand, I like to constantly challenge myself – waiting for someone else to make the first move is not my thing. Being a Part-Time Scientist constantly provides you with a long list of opportunities.
The worst thing about being a Part-Time Scientist is ...
… having to eat all that pizza at every meeting ... As a Part-Time Scientist you dedicate a whole lot of your spare time to something you like, and working in a team with people you like always lets you find a solution no matter what problems arise.
My family and friends think ...
… that this is the single biggest project I've worked on so far. They support me in any way possible, and I wanna thank them for that!
The first thing that comes to mind when I hear the word „moon“ is ...
… that +125C is to hot for lying on the beach and -160C is to cold for skiing. Most recently, I get reminded of a pretty good movie, simply called "Moon".
What's your favorite kind of Pizza?
